New York - The area northeast United States (U.S.), hit by severe snow storms that crippled the activities of citizens. This snow storm cut off power to hundreds of thousands of homes and crippling the flow of both air and ground transportation.
This snow storm is forecast sparked the heaviest snowfall in the region along the northeastern coast of the U.S., particularly in New England and New York. A snowstorm dubbed 'Nemo' is hit since Friday (8/2) evening local time. Similarly, as reported by AFP and USA Today, Saturday (09/02/2013).
Blizzard is colored rain and strong winds with a speed of 120 km per hour, forcing residents to stay indoors. About 500 thousand homes and office buildings do not have access to electricity due to the storm. Power outages for most parts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
